Christine had no symptoms until one night in April 2023, when she had a severe headache and went to the ER. An MRI revealed two meningioma tumors. The diagnosis came as a shock to her and her family, especially as she was also caring for her 27-year-old daughter, who was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation in her own battle with cancer. Just a week later, Christine underwent surgery to remove one of the tumors, followed by eight weeks of radiation while continuing to care for her daughter. In January of this year, she had a second successful surgery to remove the remaining tumor. Christine is deeply grateful to Dr. Moliterno and her entire team for the exceptional care she received. Because of them, she can continue being a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, as well as daughter and sister. She is also incredibly thankful for the ongoing support of her family and friends.
