Hi everyone!! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my Fundraising Page! I would have never thought I had a tumor it was discovered March 2024 after an MRI. I originally went to an ENT due to random tinnitus in one ear. I met with 2 other doctors after the ENT diagnosis. I met with a radiation oncologist and found out I wasn't a candidate for radiation (which I didn't mind too much because I didn't really want radiation) my tumor was waayyy to close to my brain stem. The radiation oncologist then referred me to my neurosurgeon Dr. Moliterno-Gunel and I cannot thank her enough for all her care, time, and amazing treatment. She truly is world class and I don't think I could trust anyone else inside my head. When they say recovery is long they sure mean it I'm pushing through new challenges every day and leaving them behind me. I had to spend two weeks in the neuro-ICU and then two weeks at Gaylord Hospital for rehabilitation. Thanks for taking the time to read all of this, I can sure talk A LOT these days!!
