What is Miles for May?

It is our collective hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well during these unsettling times.

As our world continues to adjust to the evolving conditions, we have postponed the Path of Hope 5K run/walk until October 4, 2020, and look forward to gathering with you at Elizabeth Park to celebrate and commemorate this journey together. However, May is Brain Tumor Awareness Month, and in light of postponing our event, we still want to commemorate Brain Tumor Awareness Month, and have decided to do so by also supporting the fight against COVID-19, so...

When, Where and How?

For the month of May, we invite you to join the CTBTA and walk around your neighborhood, favorite trail or local park and for every mile that you walk, we are asking you to make a minimal financial donation in the amount of $5, or any increment thereof.

For the month of May, in the spirit of Brain Tumor Awareness Month and to help all the doctors and nurses on the front lines treating COVID-19, the CTBTA will donate 10% proceeds earned in May to our partner hospitals.

Each donation, registration, or contribution made to the Path of Hope in the month of May counts toward this campaign, and you can help support the fight against COVID-19 and Brain Tumor Awareness.

Thank you for your support in making the world a better place and allowing us to do our part in providing hope and support to brain tumor patients and caregivers, while giving back to say "thank you" to all of the doctors and nurses here in Connecticut.

We are eternally grateful for your continued support and look forward to seeing you again soon.
