As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in January 2018. I've been in remission for almost 2 years. It's been a battle, but I am so blessed to have such a supportive family, friends and community to help me fight this battle. I will be receiving the Courage Award from the Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance. My doctor, Dr. V., will be awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. He is so deserving of this award. I would not be where I am right now without him. He is an amazing doctor, so positive and brilliant!
