As many of you may know, my father was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma, stage 4 brain Cancer in Sept 2020 and it has changed his life and my family's in a way no one could be prepared for. Thankfully, we have been surrounded by support from family and friends, and experts in the field at Yale New Haven Cancer Center. My father has been considered one of the lucky ones, being able to continue to work and enjoy his favorite activities, but this is not the case for everybody. Everyone that is diagnosed with this disease seems to be affected differently. There is still so much that is not understood about this ailment and much more work needs to be done.
With that in mind, please join me in helping the Connecticut Brain Tumor Alliance to increase awareness and help fundraise for much needed research. You can help by joining our team, making a contribution, and sharing this page with your family and friends. Big or small, your support will help advance the CBTA's great cause!
